Machine Learning (ML) based real-time working algorithm for sand production detection was developed and currently is deployed on customers’ web platforms. An acoustic detector installed on wellhead bending records the signal which is further processed by various techniques. Furthermore, measurements of dynamic well parameters are also integrated to assure the reliance of the product. This product allows engineers to monitor 100+ wells simultaneously and give extensive insights on assets production health to meet production targets and operate safely.
